How we handle reviews

After your books are delivered, we may email you to ask how they turned out, with a rating, a short review and photos if you would like to share them.

How we use them

Reviews you send may appear on our site as customer stories, with your first name and the photos you chose to share. We do not show an overall star rating, and we do not pay for reviews or offer anything in return for a good one.

How we moderate

Every submission is read by a person before it appears. We publish reviews whether they are positive or negative. We only hold back a review if it:

• Is spam, an ad, or not about our books or service
• Contains offensive language, threats or hateful content
• Shares someone's private information
• Is clearly not from a real customer

When a review points to a problem, we contact the customer to make it right.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your review or photos at any time. Contact us.
