Foil stamping

Metallic foil pressed onto a cover, such as a gold or silver title.

Foil stamping uses heat and pressure to apply a thin metallic or colored foil to the cover.

Like spot UV, it needs a mask file showing exactly where the foil goes. Very fine lines and tiny type can fill in, so keep details bold.
