Book launch timeline planner

Pick your launch day and we'll count back to every step, from finishing your edits to books in your hands. Then add the dates to your calendar.

  1. Pick your launch day.

Plan your print date backward

The calmest launches start from the date and count back. Your books need to be in hand before launch day, printing takes time, and before that come your quote, your proof and your final files. Give each step room, and add a buffer for the unexpected.

Layout before cover

Your page count sets your spine width, and your spine width sets the size of your cover. Finish the inside pages first, then build your cover from a template for your final page count.

Short on time?

Standard printing gives the lowest price per book. A short run of softcover books arrives much sooner at a higher cost per copy, and can be a good way to cover a first event while a larger run is printed.
